ESTER C Fizzie Tabs 250mg (Blueberry Flavour) are effervescent vitamin C supplements designed to support immune health and upper respiratory protection. Each tablet delivers 250 mg of non-acidic vitamin C (Ester C,) consisting of calcium and sodium ascorbate, L- Threonate and DHA (Dehydro ascorbate) Ester C binds to the whitebloodcells and thus offers 24 hour protection and is also PH Neutral ie : gentle on the digestive system.​

1. Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200–250 ml).​

2. Stir well and consume immediately.​
